Comment: i can get the pilot light lit, but it won't stay lit and so I can't turn on the fireplace. i have tried following the instructions (hold ignighter in place for 1.5 min (i held for up to 5 min) and it still turns off when I let go. it's supposed to stay lit and then my switch is supposed to ignight the flames.
