Comment: this is a 3 bedroom condo that is approx. 7 yrs. old. It is completely empty, new carpet is being installed, there are some hardwood floors and tile that would need to be cleaned along with the windows, lite fixtures, etc. The home interior has just been completely painted inc. all of the cabinetry in bathrooms and kitchens. There was also a major remodel done on the master bathroom. So, this is a post construction cleaning...not the carpeting. Also, a thorough cleaning of the appliances in kitchen...stove, micro, sink......there is no fridge. Work on home should be complete in a week to 10 days maximum and cleaning in the next 2 weeks.
