Comment: I am a member of Ephrata rec center, Wich is a non profit institution, this place gives recreation to many people, from kids to elder people. is a great place to work out, play games or just relax. my main concern will be the sauna, which is old and in not in good condition, the wall, where the heater unit is located is all black from the heat, the wall where the benches are located, are all stained,and benches need some readjustment. I dont have the right mesurements, i estimate the size is 7'x 10', two level benches, a lower level and then a higher lever behind the lower one, and this will be on an l shape.
