Comment: recently discovered rat droppings in attic crawlspace, under backyard decking. Rat seen at backyard deck area. Possible gnawing on electrical wires which we will be hiring an electrician to explore and replace attic fan which has stopped working and rendered that circuit useless. We have tried Decon bait which has been being eaten but have not found any dead rats. We do have dogs with free access to backyard and deck area so we have to be careful with poisons. There are signs they have entered through a vent to access the crawlspace under the house which accesses the heating and cooling vent systems. We also have a mole problem in the yard as evidenced by mole trails of raised dirt. We would like an estimate on both problems. Also some sort of guarantee on the work done.
