Comment: Hi, We live in SE Portland in the Montavilla neighborhood. Our downspouts are connected to four (4) standpipes which do not connect to City of Portland sewers (similar to most houses in our neighborhood). We moved in only 6 months ago and lately, these standpipes have been overflowing. I believe they are connected to a dry well or trench - Or else there may be a clog in the lines. We are looking to get an estimate to either a) located the (assumed) drywell(s) and do a clean out of the wells or b) remove the clogs which will hopefully allow the water to drain properly.
