Comment: I am president of a homeowners asociation of 55 units. I am an architect, but work full time in an office. The HOA has a number of projects on its rapair and replacement list incl. curb and paving repair, roof cleaning, roof repair, Exterior fencing, wood deck replacement. We are interested in having someone on call, on an hourly to help us recommend scopes, obtain quotes, recommend firms and spiot check work progress. This is a HOA so all work is informal as we are not bound by any standards. Scopes, for example, can be a simple list of iiems and materials. We are looking at repaving, for example, and looking for advice how and where to grind and patch vs. sealcoat. The entire project might take 10-15 hours incl. recommending a scope, asking far and reviwewing quotes, and checking and verifying the quality of work. Another example is where the property mgmt company obtained a quote for a rather substantial roof repair. It would be good to have a third party to advise us as to its reas
