Comment: Push back existing closet wall three feet into third car garage area that was a setback so the expansion won't impede garage parking space. There needs to be some concrete work 3'X 10'X 3" to level the floor. There may be a supporting beam on the back wall of the existing closet. Mainly new wall and sheetrock and downlighting instead of current flourescent fixture. Once framed in and sheetrocked, my wife and I will finish the walls, install the closet shelves and hardware. Prefer a remodeler from the Norman area with good references. After concrete work is done, it should not take more than one to 1.5 days to do this simple project frame and sheetrock project. From existing wall,the closet will be three feet deeper on either side and approximately 10 feet across. There is a household electrical box in garage on one of expansion that will have to have code clearance, leaving access from the garage.
