Comment: We are planning on remodeling the layout of our current house. Knocking down walls and making an open floor plan as well as raising the roof line and building on to the back of the house. We will want to expand the rear of the house outward approximately 10 feet, build a second floor with 2 bedrooms over that and add a 2 car garage (attached) with a bedroom above attached to the second story and a deck(attached) to the second floor. Although unsure if it is even possible, we are looking to have this completed by September preferably.
