Comment: We have a vacation fixer upper older home built in the 30's in Spruce Pine near Little Switzerland. I have a issue with water draining into the foundation. I am having my driveway reshaped and drainage pipes put in but the man doing it told me we need gutters also. The house never had them to my knowledge. The house has a new copper color roof and brown siding. My address is 162 Retreat Drive. It is off Mckinney Mine Road on a dirt and gravel road. The street has no sign so go by your GPS.
