Comment: I have a Channel Master 4228HD antenna still in the box and will be ordering a CM 7777 pre-amp. I'd like to have the antenna affixed to the outside of my chimney. My idea is to run coax cable down from the roof (one-story house) and into the basement where it would be split with one coax going to one wing of the house and the other coax going to the other. We're now using an indoor-amplified antenna and getting good reception on some days and marginal reception on other days on our HDTV.
