Comment: We bought this home in August and are almost finished putting on an addition in the backyard. The backyard needs to be graded to achieve correct slope and drainage from the house and prepare to plant trees and pour concrete deck and patio. The front and side yards are very rough. Soil needs to be added and leveled to fill lots of small holes. Perhaps it should be rolled. . . This needs to be finished in time to reseed in the fall of 2012.
