Comment: I am considering purchasing a home that needs some remodeling. I would like to get a ballpark estimate of creating a master bedroom suite/master bath/closet and laundry room from 2 existing bedrooms that would give me a 28X14 available space. I would also like to have an inset raised ceiling in the center. I am also considering updating the kitchen/living room area which would include new cabinets, countertops and some change in the layout. I would leave the placement of the sink and diswaher, which I have allowed for, since the actual room space is 27X14. Thanks for any ballpark you can give me.
