Comment: We had a pipe rust through under the house(conventional foundation) causing a major leak. We need pipes under house to be replaced. I am unsure of extent of rusty pipe. House built 1954 and uses galvanized pipes. In addition, the shower drain is leaking , most likely leading to the rusty pipes. This needs to be addressed as well. Also, fixtures in the shower need to be replaced.
