Comment: I am an ITS major, and we are doing a project to remodel a building. We have chosen to transform the entire buildings lights from two long florescent bulbs into single, energy saving bulbs. we would need new brackets for holding the lights installed throughout the entire building. I would like to know the hourly rate of the electricians, as well as how many fixtures could be removed and replaced with new ones in an hour, so that i can compute the costs on an excel spreadsheet.
