Comment: Hi, <br /><br /><br /> <br /><br /><br />This is just a note of thanks. I don't service but I don't any place on the website just to write a note. I recently had one of your employees come out to give an estimate to move an exhaust pipe for a tankless water heater your company installed about a year ago. The gentleman that came was very nice, and I appreciate that. <br /><br /><br /> <br /><br /><br />$1500 to move and extend the exhaust pipe ( no holes to make as the present fresh air intake could have been used) seems pretty high, bit it is what it is. I regret making the decision of where to place the exhaust when it was installed as if I would have chosen to just reverse the intake and exhaust it would have been included in the $3,000 install cost.
