Project Description: Install new gutters where there are none
Property Owner: Yes
Comment: I own a house that has no gutters. It is difficult to walk out my front door in the rain because of the high water volume flowing off the roof. I am also experiencing lots of water seeping into the basement. The seller of the house told me that he had gutters on it and there was no water in the basement, then he redid some things on the siding and stuff and took the gutters down to do so. That is when the leaking started. He ended up selling the house before he had time to put up new gutters and he assured me it will solve my wet basement problems. (He could be wrong or lying though. Who knows?) The house is 1.5 stories and has been worked on and added to a lot over the years so it has many different roof parts that need gutters. An estimate of the length of parts of the roof that need gutters are: 5 ft to a 90 degree corner then 12 Ft with down spout 18 ft with down spout 6 ft with down spout 25 ft with down spout 4 ft to a 90 degree corner then 12 Ft with down spout T
