Comment: On March 23, 2012 I had Bratcher Electric install a Kohler backup generator. On June 2 a storm knocked out our power and the generator failed to work. I need a qualified electrician with experience installing and servicing generators to determine the reason why my generator failed to work. If it was faulty installation then I would like to problem fixed. If it is a problem with the generator then I would like the existing generator removed and for it to be replaced with a new one (not Kohler brand).
