Comment: I went into our eaves and found that the wood is moist after rain/snow. We had a chimeny repair conducted last year thinking that a few pin holes in the flashing was the source, but the problem seems to still be there. Need to find exactly where the leak is coming from, or if there are multiple leaks. The exterior of the roof appears to be in good condition, but not too sure.
