Comment: We have an old two-car garage, detached, and would like it demoed and removed. It is easily accessable on 3 of its 4 sides (one side is abutting the neighbor's yard). It has two garage doors that open horizontally on tracks (they don't actually open but they would in theory). It has four windows (cannot be salvaged, unfortunately). I doubt there is much wood that can be reused as the sill is rotten and was badly damaged by termites. The roof is asphalt and is partially supported by wooden shelving on one side of the garage. It has a cracked, cement foundation that will also need to be removed. We have a bunch of junk stored in the garage that will need to go into the dumpster. There is a a small amount of aluminum siding involved that can be recycled. This is phase one of what may be a multi-phase project of yard/fence/driveway improvement.
