Comment: I would like to put a 3/4 bath in the unfinished corner of my walkout basement. That corner also has the direct vent, high efficiency furnace and hot water heater. It also has a window and the drain line to the city sewer system. In addition, I would like to add heat to the finished side of the basement; first guess would be either a 3rd zone on the furnace or a wall mounted direct vent gas heater.
