Comment: I am awaiting test results on some vermiculite insulation in our attic. The results should be available tomorrow. The home is for sale and the buyer's want all insulation removed from attic and walls. I'm willing to consider removal of obviously disturbed areas if it's asbestos. I have been told that the attic also had mice/squirrels, and that there are droppings that need to be cleaned and the area disinfected. I'm interested in getting some quotes to remove the insulation.
