Comment: I am in the process of purchasing a home that has a lot of stuff in it. I will remove the majority of it, but the house is a little musty smelling and is very grimy. The walls and windows will need to be cleaned as well as all the carpets on both floors. Do you shampoo? I was also thinking the kitchen should possibly get the once over as well. The bathrooms would need to be cleaned. I am also curious, a few of the windows have mildew in and around them. Can this be taken care of? The house is approximately 1,600 sq ft. I am trying to get an estimate in place so I know what it is going to take to clean it up prior to my being able to move in.
