Comment: I have been pre approved to refiance my home and pull money out to renovate our home. I have no more than 30,000 to spend and am not sure how much I can get done with this amount. We have a smaller cape home in south portland and really want to add a dormer. We need to insulate our walls, 2 new entrance doors, new kitchen sink cabinets and countertops. Comment: I have a one bedroom apt which had water damage. I have the permits pulled and cabinets on the way. The work will consist of beefing up the existing structure. it wasn't built well originally. New subflooring installed, framing out new floor plan. Electrical and plumbing will be taken care of by the owner. Installing new kitchen, hardwood flooring and new sliding door. I have had multiple people look at the job, but my timing is tight and I need someone who can bid and start the project quickly. If you are only able to put a short amount of time towards the project, I am willing to accept a bid to just beef up the structure, subfloor and framing.
