Comment: Therma-Tru exterior doors (2); one needs threshold repaired/replaced original was plastic over metal track and is now broken and metal track is showing; door sticks/difficult to open close. Other needs work with weather resistance - door leaks air/water, no issues w/sticking, also needs work on the exterior portion of the jamb - part of wood has rotted (but that's not where the leakage is). Would be best if I could get estimate, and then work, done on a weekend day or weekday evening.
