Comment: Our home is a one story Greek Revival wood frame house built in 1910. There has been water damage in several areas of the house over the years. Most of the damage is covered by paneling and drop ceilings installed during the 1970's. We want to restore to the height of the original high ceilings in three rooms. The bathroom needs to be enlarged and remodeled adding a half bath. We want a wall between the side room and kitchen moved to create a larger kitchen and 2nd bedroom. The kitchen would open up into the dining room to make an open concept. The open porch was enclosed at one time using poor materials and workmanship. We want a new screened in porch built in the same location of the previous porch extending into the yard. All electricals and plumbing are to be updated where necessary. Central Air and duct work will be required as well.
