Comment: Remodeling of existing bathroom in a 45 yr old home with tile on the walls and floor. We want tile removed if the best avenue to go with & drywall added and linoleum put down. We want tub removed with new walk in shower installed, removal of sink and cabinet/sink installed. Also want new plumbing. In 1/2 bath where a shower exist and tile on wall & floor, we want floor removed and new flooring put down. Linoleum if feasible.
