Could meet you there Wednesday, April 25 at a time between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. If that time is not possible, what would be your earliest? • Replace 3 Entry 2-Piece-Locksets (deadbolts located just above the knobs) we have the entry sets: (1) front door, (2) back door and (3) garage door. Deadbolts are single cylinder. • Remove the double-cylinder deadbolt lock in an upstairs bedroom and replace with furnished hole cover. Replace the passage lockset below hole cover with our furnished Passage Lockset (two, non-locking knobs, one on each side of the door) • Repair toilet on lowest level that emits a squealing sound upon flushing. I think the fill valve needs replacing. The toilet is on the lower level What is your estimate of time required and cost?
