Comment: Our basement has a sub-floor with carpet stapled on top. Our home was built in 1948 and has a stone foundation, and we have water seepage as most homes of our age do, which goes under the sub floor and soaks up in to the carpet, causing mold. We will demo the sub-floor and carpet ourselves, but we wanted to know how much it would cost to pour roughly 200-220 square feet of stamped concrete over the existing foundation.
