Comment: Ceilings - I live in a 2BR/2BA condo in West Des Moines, and although the walls block out noise just fine, I can hear every footstep of my neighbors upstairs. I would like to stay in my residence but think it's worth having that noise reduced. Also, I am on the board of the association, and there are 80 units here (floors 1 and 2, out of 3) that have this same issue. I would like to float this idea past the other homeowners and see if we can get any cost savings if a bunch of homeowners here sign up for the same company. I expect that not only will my ceiling be soundproofed to eliminate noise from upstairs, but that any holes in the ceiling be patched properly so that you can't tell a hole was ever drilled there. I don't want to have to do a bunch of drywalling as a separate project.
