Comment: I just purchased a foreclosed property that had been abandoned resulting in a broken water pipe and subsequent mold infestation. Some of the drywall and flooring has been removed revealing mold in the studs and joists. I am having difficulty getting and of the remdiation people that I have had over to look at the situation to come up with any where near the same remediation plan.
