Comment: we are wanting to build an awning on to our townhome. we need to get a drawing, supplies list, ect... to submit to our board for approval prior to any work being done.
Comment: This project is to construct a standard-design vehicle maintenance complex. The primary facility will include a medium size tactical equipment maintenance shop, hardstand, organizational vehicle parking, deployment equipment storage, Petroleum Oils and Lubricants (POL) storage, and hazardous material storage. Supporting facilities include utilities; HVAC; electric service; exterior lighting; fire protection and alarm systems; paving, walks, curbs and gutters; parking fencing and gates; storm drainage; information systems; and site improvements. Work to include demolition of 9 buildings, for an estimated total of 21,188 square feet. The estimated cost of the project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
