Comment: There is an old cinder block pump house with two rotten layers of asphalt shingles on it. Comment: Hi - my Mom's home was built in 1972. We need to replace vinyl flooring in the kitchen and I was told by Home Depot that they wouldn't remove existing flooring due to potential asbestos concerns. The den carpeting also (desperately) needs replacing - the water heater flooded the den and I'm concerned that there may be mold issues related to that.
