Comment: Hello - I have a broken pilot tubing for my natural gas water heater. I have looked everywhere for the part, and know how the apparatus works and how to install it, but apparently, it is not something that is sold locally. Our hot water has been off for three days and we need it back on ASAP. If this part is a quick fix and I can get gas hot water turned back on today, that would be ideal. I am also interested in switching to electric and if possible, applying the cost of today's service to the price of a new electric install, if it is something that the contractor can do. Thank you.
