Comment: About 3 years ago we had a leak in our window. We had the drywall replaced and the window caulked but it leaked again and then we found out it was the window frame itself. We have replaced the window with double paned gas filled windows, have replaced the flooring and the subflooring and the baseboard trim. I can smell a couple of spots in the wall under the window (I have to put my nose against the wall). I think the original repair became damp that second time and needs to be cleaned. The mold should be inactive. We've spent a lot of money in fixing this window over the years so we really hope that just opening it up in a couple of places and spraying these spots will rectify the remaining smell.

Comment: The roof leaked after a big storm. The interior was cleaned and sprayed with mold blocker but want to be sure it is safe inside. The roof was temporarily covered but the damage areas have not been removed yet. We plan on peeling back or removing the roof damage. We are unsure of how extensive the damage might be in the walls and roof and storage areas under the home. Our main concern is to see if the home is livable again before we put money into the repairs.
Comment: I am a renter. The house recently had a pipe burst without our knowledge. The wall was completely flooded, our garage, etc. Additionally, the kitchen sink (under) has flooder from a faulty disposal. Ever since we moved in to property, my husbands asthma has worsened to the point of three hospitalizations, my children are always sick, including myself.
