Comment: Remove and replace ~980 sq ft floor in an open loft. Floor is a floating design over sleepers on concrete. Floor material to be installed is #2 red oak requiring sand & two finish coats. All underlayment materials (sleepers, insulators, etc.) to be replaced. Also, install new 4" baseboard (~150 linear ft).
