Comment: Many people in our HOA have converted their outdoor patio to an enclosed room by building a roof and extending the height of the existing cinderblock wall. A plan that conforms to HOA rules must be submitted for approval of the HOA board, which meets monthly. We need someone to plan and build the room. The patio area is 12’ wide by 10’ deep. There is a cinderblock wall around the patio with an opening for a door to the outside of the porch. The cinderblock wall is about 6 feet high. We want to add to the height of the existing wall by three feet or so with a wooden wall with windows. The roof will be anchored halfway between the first and second floor and slope to meet the modified wall. We also need to have a door and a storm door built in the opening of the cinderblock wall.

Comment: There is a 20 x 12 foot patio slab attached to the house. The slant room structure looks perfect. At present there is an old roof and open patio. The roof needs to be replaced and I would like an enclosed patio made mostly of windows.
