Comment: We have a patio over-hang that is attached to the roof and rotting/leaking has occurred, where the overhang meets the roof. The rotted parts need to be replaced and then resealed so water cannot penetrate the home.

Comment: Roof was inspected and Water penetration has occur, ed at north gable ends. A small gap in between the fascia board and exterior wall allows water penetration which likely occu s during sever weather. Although some foam sealant has been added, future leaking will occur if not corrected. The insulaf along the entire north end ot tite attic has been wet in past and is the source for minor water damage on ceiling of master athroom and bedroom. A licensed contractor is recommended to water proof the exterior siding.
