Comment: If you could please bid on the following: Ceiling areas to be removed dry walled, taped and textured - a little heavier than orange peel. Here are the dimensions for the 3 separate rooms which require 1/2" ceiling drywall and texture. The rooms are completely empty and down to the subfloor. Rm #1 - 11 ft x 13 ft- 6" WITH A WALK IN ENTRY AT 3 ft x 3 ft Rm #2 - 13 ft- 6" x 10 ft-1" Rm #3 - 10ft- 1" x 10 ft - 5" The rooms have new blown in insulation at 18" high. This new insulation will either need to be collected or replaced when the ceiling is replaced. The house is located 10 miles west of Lyons just off Highway 36 to Estes Park. You will turn left at mile marker 12. This will be Apache. This area is formally called Pinewood Springs. Please Map quest this as it was an issue with other contractors. There is hot and cold running water and a bathroom. There is no heat in the home at present as the furnace was removed.
