Comment: I have a phone system in my house with 6 phones and a door opener connected in. The internal system works fine for intercom and door-opening, but when I press the xxxxx for dial tone on any one of the phones, there is a loud, high pitched tone that does not go away. Additionally, although I can hear dial tone, I am not able to dial out - I think this tone overrides any tones from pushing the number buttons. Would like to find out if this is a quick fix, or if my system is busted. Thanks.
