Comment: double wide manufactured not on foundation (on risers?) -- would want to build an addition that must be self-supporting, cannot used house to lean on, for addition family room/br space. It need minor electric and no plumbing. If codes allow, I'd rather build on cement foots with decked floor than lay cement. also, want biggest, plainest room I can get. Also give breakdown for foundation, structure, framing, roof, electric, drywall as I might be able to do some of that myself and would like to work with company on things like that. would love to have 8-12 foot wide and 10-30 feet, it all depends on price so if I could get price difference for wider every 8,10, 12 feet wide and 10, 15, 20, 30 feet long. thank you
