Comment: I need a quote on filling in a pathway that runs the length of my home on the side. It is roughly 25 x 5 feet. Grass has never grown there. Right now there is top soil, but it is always soggy and muddy. Would like to fill it in with pea gravel or cement, whatever is least expensive. May be because of the grading that it remains wet.
