Comment: My front door 'jamb' where the door knob thing on the door goes into the opening..is broke off along with a piece of wood attached to it. My deadbolt works fine but I do need to get this repaired. Also, the arctic entry door (arm's length from the front door) had the screws loose and they were 'washed out' when I tried to tighten them so the door hinges would stay on. I had to remove this door and set it aside since it was unable to stay on the hinge. Lastly, there is one cabinet near these 2 doors that has the same type of hinge problem with the screws on the hinge being loose. I had to take off the one cabinet door and one hinge is broke/twisted. I somehow need to put that cabinet door back up and on (I can look for the same hinge and have it ready..). Thanks!
