Comment: This is a large, two level deck. I would rather not replace the whole thing. I think the major structure is stable. But the railings and floorboards all need replacing. I would like to have the whole thing well-painted and water-proofed. The prior owners of the house did not take care of the deck well, and I now need to get it to a point that it can last another 10 years or so.
