Comment: I am looking at building an above ground storm shelter. I need a slab poured to beginthe project. I will also need the walls poured. I am still unsure whter I will do slab and walls at once or just have slab poured then build CMU wall and then have the walls filled. A lot depends on concrete availability and price.
