Comment: 1. Evaluate wall removal and determine if a beam or additional support is needed. If needed, Price to install beam or additional support. 2. Price to replace damaged plywood sub floor in bathroom. 3. Price to frame new closet to include two 72" x80" sliding doors. 4. Price to install two 72" x 80" sliding doors. 5. Price to frame short wall between new shower and new tub. 6. Price to frame step-down wall on side of new shower. 7. Price to frame door to master bedroom. (Install at angle to accommodate bringing long items up and down stairs.). 8. Price to frame around vent in old closet location at stairs. 9.
