How It Works:

1.	Respond to our e-mails during the project. If you have any concerns regarding a ServiceMagic referred service professional or their work, contact us via e-mail at conscustomercare@servicemagic.com or toll free at (877) 699 - 4736.
2.	We'll initiate our problem resolution process to address your concern.
3.	If not resolved, we may contribute up to $500 to help make your project right.
