Michael J. Beaudoin
Co-Chairman
Prior to founding ServiceMagic in 1998, Michael J. Beaudoin was a member of the founding team of Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp. where he held several positions, including chief corporate development officer, senior vice president of supply chain and vice president and chief financial officer. During his tenure the company grew to 550 retail stores, became the leading bagel retailer in the U.S. and the company went public in 1996.
Before joining Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp., he was a founder of NewLeaf Entertainment Corp., a technology joint venture between Blockbuster Entertainment Group and IBM, and served as the vice president of operations, marketing and finance. During his career, Michael has also worked with Pfingsten Partners, LP, a Deerfield, Ill.-based private equity firm as an associate and limited partner, as well as a corporate finance associate with Drexel Burnham Lambert. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.

Rodney Rice
Co-Chairman
Before founding ServiceMagic, Inc. in 1998, Rodney Rice was a member of the founding team of Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp. where he served as vice president of finance and helped take the company public in 1996. Prior to joining Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp., he worked at Merrill Lynch within the Equity Capital Markets Group in the firm's New York office, as well as with the Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups in the Houston office, specializing in the domestic and South American energy markets.
Rodney has been a featured industry speaker within the local marketing and real estate industries, appearing in venues such as Kelsey's Directory Driven Commerce, StartUp BaseCamp and Inman News' Real Estate Connect Conference. Additionally, in 2004, he was named one of the Denver Business Journal's "40 Under Forty". Rodney holds a BBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Texas.

Craig Smith
CEO
Craig Smith was appointed Chief Executive Officer of ServiceMagic in January of 2008. A member of the ServiceMagic team since 2000, Craig began his career in strategic
financial planning and progressed into his current role as CEO.
He previously acted as the vice president of business development where he was charged with overseeing the
company's Internet marketing approach and was responsible for consumer acquisitions and cultivating new strategic business partnerships.
Prior to joining ServiceMagic, Craig worked for El Pomar Foundation as a member of a three-person asset management team,
controlling over $475 million in assets. El Pomar selected Craig as part of an exclusive management training and professional
development program focused on growing the next generation of business and community leaders.
Craig has been a featured industry speaker within the local marketing industry, appearing in venues such as Kelsey's
Directory Driven Commerce. He received a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Colorado.

Ty Kasperbauer
Senior Vice President - Sales and Operations, Service Professional Division
Ty Kasperbauer is responsible for ServiceMagic's Service Professional Network Sales and Operations Departments which include new member acquisition, enrollment services, account management and customer service. He joined
ServiceMagic in 2004 and previously held the positions of Director and Vice President of Service Professional Network Operations.
Prior to joining ServiceMagic, Ty worked at Revlon Consumer Products, Inc. for six years, most recently managing a sales and account operations team serving one of the company's key national customers. He received his BA from
Miami University (OH) and MS Finance degree from the University of Denver's, Daniels College of Business.

Ryan Sullivan
Senior Vice President - Technology
Ryan Sullivan began his career with ServiceMagic in 2000 as a web developer and quickly moved up through the company holding several positions, his most recent being the Senior Vice President of Technology. In this role he oversees all technical applications, infrastructure, and third party integrations. Prior to joining ServiceMagic, Ryan worked with Janus Capital Group as manager of content development. He also spent time in Los Angeles working on the technical side of the motion picture industry.

Andy Zurcher
Senior Vice President - Product Management
Andy Zurcher is responsible for ServiceMagic's product offering for consumers and service professionals. This includes the content and functionality of the company's Web sites, as well as the online and offline communications and services provided to ServiceMagic users.
Prior to joining the company in August 1999, Andy worked at Samsonite Corporation where he was responsible for developing and executing the Internet strategy for North America. He received his bachelor's degree in economics and his MBA from the University of Notre Dame, earning Magna Cum Laude honors for both degrees.

Jim Croft
Vice President - Denver Sales Team
Jim has been at ServiceMagic for 2 years now, gaining an excellent understanding of all of the different Sales Teams. Jim worked as a Market Team Director with the original Market Teams, leading 4 managers as well as managing a Market team himself for 9 months. Jim then took over managing the Campaign team along with leading 4 Market Team Managers for 4 months and then moved to Online where he has lead 4-5 Managers for the past 11 months.
Jim is highly respected by the Sales Management team and brings experience from job stints with US West and Wells Fargo where he held Director of Sales jobs. Jim is excited about the great potential for the Sales Organization and the talent we have to make this a truly GREAT organization.

Tom Durant
Vice President - Finance
Tom Durant is responsible for the company's billing and collections group and daily accounting operations. Prior to joining ServiceMagic in June 2002, Tom was Controller at Cornerstone Holdings, a private investment holding company, where he was responsible for all corporate accounting. Before joining Cornerstone Holdings, Tom was Controller at Persona, a technology firm working on Internet privacy concerns, where he was responsible for the development of the accounting function and company wide billing systems.
He gained his initial accounting background at Deloitte and Touche and received his B.S.B. in accounting with honors from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Tom is a CPA in Colorado and Minnesota.

Steve Neptune
Vice President - Business Strategy
Before joining ServiceMagic, Steve was Vice President, Finance at Quiznos Subs where he developed and
implemented a variety of strategic initiatives, such as launching a delivery service across the chain and re-engineering the
processes by which the company sold and opened new franchises. Prior to that, Steve co-founded Beacon Fire & Safety, a
venture which consolidated numerous California fire equipment companies into a larger entity that was ultimately sold to
Cintas. Steve has also worked for Klutz Press, now a division of Scholastic Books, and he was a strategy consultant for
Monitor Company in Boston.
Steve holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science, both from Stanford University.

Andrew Rogers
Vice President - Consumer Strategy & Business Development
Andrew Rogers is responsible for ServiceMagic's consumer strategy and business development initiatives. Prior to joining Service Magic, Andrew spent five years at Yahoo!, Inc., where he most recently oversaw strategic planning and business analytics for several business units, including Yahoo! Local, Yahoo! Yellow Pages and Yahoo! Maps. Before joining Yahoo!, Andrew served as Vice President of business & strategic development for Walker Digital, founding company of Priceline.com.
Andrew holds a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Lee Spiegler
General Counsel
Lee Spiegler joined ServiceMagic in 2004 as its General Counsel. Lee brings extensive experience and expertise in corporate and securities law, focusing on technology companies. Prior to joining ServiceMagic, Lee served as General Counsel for eCollege.com, and ClearVision Laser Centers, both Colorado-based companies. Lee also worked as an associate at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP, a top ranked national law firm focused on technology clients, and Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, a national law firm.
Lee received his bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado.

Matt Zurcher
Vice President - Operations, Consumer Division
Matt Zurcher joined ServiceMagic in early 2000, holding multiple management positions during his tenure. In his current role as Vice President of Operations, Matt is responsible for ServiceMagic's enrollment and screening process, consumer relations and service professional communications.
Prior to joining ServiceMagic, Matt served in the United States Navy for nearly eight years as a Surface Warfare Officer. Between 1991 and 1996 he was stationed in San Diego where he deployed twice to the Persian Gulf onboard amphibious ships. During his last two years, he was an assistant professor of Naval Science at Villanova University.
He holds an MBA from Villanova University and a bachelor's degree from Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania.
