About This Gallery

Addition to existing residence. Almost a full demolition, but kept original foundation. The roof support was aligned so as to allow for a two story structure on a single story foundation, saving the contractor time and money by not requiring a new foundation. Internal shearwalls transferred lateral loads to the foundation.
