Here the homeowner was looking to refinish this 1954 built Cape Cod's first floor wood floors. The staggered inlay of light and dark boards in several rooms made for a beautiful contrast. Several areas needed to be re-stained before the gloss finish was used to finish the floors. Natural light filled this house and complimented the rich variation of color in each room.
