This historic home was built in the early 1900's, the owner wanted to completely rebuild the front deck as well as paint the entire home. The homes columns were rebuilt by hand from a composite material (that would not rot) to the exact specs of the original wood columns. The house was then scrapped and sanded for two weeks to ensure that the new paint would protect the home for years to come.
